Booking Policies:
Rates are based on 2 people sharing a room.
extra persons in the lofts are an additional $25/low season, $35/ski season
Rate includes daily peak performance breakfast.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Minimum stay may be required.
Prices are subject to 12% state and local tax.
Visa or Master Card only.
The Atomic Chalet cannot accept young children or pets.

Cancellation Policy:
Ski season: minimum of 30 days Low season: minimum of 14 days
Cancellations outside 30/14 days of your arrival can receive a refund of pre-payed deposit less a $30 fee.
Cancellations made within 30/14 days of your arrival will loose pre-payed deposit and be charged for each night of your reservation which is not resold.
If your assigned room can be rented any nights of your reservation, we will be happy to refund your moneys for those nights minus a $30 fee.
If you must cancel do not hesitate to advise us so we can advertise the room being available those nights.
No refunds for early departures.

Chalet Policies:

For your privacy and everyone's security, the chalet and its amenities (ie, hot tub & pool table) are for registered guests only.
Due to the intimate size of the chalet, a quiet time policy is in place between the hours of 10pm and 7am. At this time the hot tub and billiard table are unavailable to guests.
Negligent behavior I take pride in providing all my guests with a tasteful, clean and well maintained atmosphere and ask that you take special care in ensuring that this is preserved. Guests will be asked to pay fair and reasonable costs incurred for damages caused by them as a result of reckless behavior, beverages stains, etc.
No Smoking or chewing tobacco inside the chalet.
FAQ's:
Q: How far away are the ski resorts?
A: By car, 10 minutes to Snow Basin, 20 minutes to Powder Mountain.
Q: Do we need a vehicle and if so do we need 4X4?
A: The Ogden Valley is very rural and a vehicle is necessary to get to and from the resorts and restruants.Four-wheel drive is advised during winter months, especially if you are going to the ski resorts.
Q: Are there telephones in the rooms? Internet access? Fax availability?
A: There are no telephones in the rooms. There is wireless internet connection. The county library (5 blocks away) has free internet access along with inexpensive fax machines.
Q: Are there kitchen privileges at the chalet?
A: The kitchen is private and unavailable to guests. Your room rate includes breakfast. After breakfast guests are requested to eat at local eating establishments for lunch and dinners. Take-out foods (pizza etc) may be enjoyed in the dining room (no cooking). There is a mini-fridge in your room and guests are encouraged to bring their own snacks and beverages.
Q: Is there a concierge desk at the chalet?
A: "Sorry, Gone Skiing" However, I make It a point to be available every morning at breakfast and again in the early evening to be sure guests are comfortable, know where to find dinner or help them plan for their next day.
Q: Is there a curfew at the chalet?
A: If you must ask? Rent a condo. We play hard and sleep well. The billiard table & hot tub is closed at 10pm/winter, 11pm/summer.
